Training: 1991 – 1995: Specialized Otorhinolaryngology Surgical training program, The Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. 1987 – 1991: Sudanese Otorhinolaryngology Surgical Training program (University of Khartoum hospitals and the Ministry of Health) Sudan. 1986 – 1987: Internship in University of Khartoum and the Ministry of Health hospitals, Sudan.
2011 – Present: Head of Research and Scholarly activities. Program director, Otology fellowship. ENT department Hamad Medical Corporation, Doha Qatar. 2014 – Present: Member in the scientific panel for the development of Qatar National Guidelines, Ministry of Public Health -Qatar. 2015 – Present: Member in Expert Panel in the Ministry of Public Health- Qatar. Administration include. 1/ Develop & Modernize the ENT department, Hamad Hospital (Doha-Qatar) lay the foundation of sub-specialization in the field of ENT including (Rhinology, Otology & Neuro- Otology, Pediatric Otolaryngology, Head & Neck Surgery, in addition to the Cochlear Implant, Audiology & Balance, Swallowing & Voice and Allergology in Otolaryngology). 2/ Founder of ENT Department St., Michael’s Hospital, Dublin, Ireland.
