We are delighted to invite you to submit an abstract for the 11th Arab Hearing Health Conference 2025. The conference this year will gather expert Arab and International speakers in different fields of Audiovestibular medicine. The conference would cover the most recent innovations in different aspects and will include Oral presentations, panel discussions, round table discussions, instruction courses and Workshops presented by experts in different fields.

 

A poster presentation session will be added again this year to encourage students from different countries to share in this big scientific event. The best poster presentation will be chosen by the scientific committee to be recognized and awarded.

Type of Presentation

Roundtable proposaldiscussion between experts who will present for 10 minutes each and be hosted by a chairperson.1 hour

Moderator has to choose the speakers and the topics to be discussed.

Audience interaction is not allowed.
Panel DiscussionDiscussion between experts on a specific issue with questions directed by the moderator to share different opinions.1 hour
The moderator will define the presentation and lead the discussion with the panelists.
Interaction from audience is not allowed.
Debate 2 experts in the same field with different opinions on the same topic.1 hour
with possible voting from audience.
SymposiumA holistic approach and discussion on a particular topic, For ex – for thyroid topic, from anatomy to prognosis.It can be between 2 or 4 hours. If 4 hours, it must be 2 sessions of 2 hours each with 1 Coffee break in between.
International consensusSession which includes representatives from around the world meet to discuss an issue to try to conclude or arrive at a consensus with hopes this can be adopted by all and utilized international.1-2 hours
Free papersOral presentation or poster


Title should be brief and concise and should not exceed 20 words. All Abstract has to be written in English up to 250 words. Abstracts should include information about the following subheadings: Background, objectives, methodology, results, and recommendations/ conclusions (without writing the subheadings as titles). Six keywords in alphabetical order.

 

Presenting Author biography and photo has to be uploaded. Presenting Authors’ bibliography (not more than 100 words), including the following information: Name, affiliation, department, institution/hospital, Country. In addition to full mailing address, phone number, and email address. Author and co-author information must be provided including the first and last names of all authors and their affiliations. 

 

All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to determine whether a submission is accepted as an oral presentation or poster and its decision is final. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to edit abstracts for grammar and clarity.
